
工作职责:
• Be responsible for providing premium technical support leading to wins, as well as ongoing support for existing products and customer programs as needed; this includes customer ESL templates design, Test Environment maintenance and other IT support tasks.
• Work with R&D team on system upgrading/migration/troubleshooting.
• Handle customer complaints of product problems, and follow-up internal improvement countermeasures, fast tracking and facilitating timely closure.
• Customer claims/ticket processing and follow-up.
• Work with project manager to provide accurate, timely, and quality responses to customer technical support requests.
• Work in the lab with various test equipment to verify customer issues, debug, validate solutions, and design ideas.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop value propositions to promote relevant application strategies as appropriate to support customer design-in.
• Develop the proficient knowledge of ESL system for decision and trade-offs between the cost and customer satisfaction.
• Customer service quality review.
• Provide technical training for customers.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer, internet or automation, with around 2 years of related work experience;
2. Familiar with Linux and Windows operating system;
3. Familiar with API and web system/software;
4. Familiar with Java script and JS troubleshooting;
5. Familiar with basic network troubleshooting;
6. Familiar with database (MySQL/MSSQL) and basic SQL(CURD);
7. Have good language and expression skills, being good at English and Mandarin;
8. Have experience in customer communication;
9. Have project management skills to drive initiatives to the required outcome;
10. You love and understanding for technology;
11. Have eagerness to Learn;
12. Driving license is preferred.
