工作职责：

• Build and maintain strong client service delivery relationships
• Build an understanding of the customer business, to help drive their success
• Become the trusted advisor for the client's service experience
• Actively drive continuous Service Improvement and Service Development
• Forecasting and management of the Managed Services utilization
• Ownership of the operational processes
• Management of major incidents including communications to the business, including root
• cause investigations
• Ownership of the monthly and ad-hoc reporting and reviews
• Incident data analysis to spot trends and prioritisation, while monitoring incident
• management SLA performance
• Be available for on-call support.

任职资格：

1. At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication or related fields;
2. More than 2 years of experience in delivering Managed Services
3. Experience in driving service development and improvements
4. Experience in supporting private or government client
5. Excellent collaboration skills, and capable of supporting and mentor others
6. You can coordinate multiple projects at the same time and are good at assessing risks;
7. Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills;
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at alllevels;
9. Have the ability to build and expand the network with customers;
10. Have project management skills to drive initiatives to the required outcome;
11. You love and understanding for technology;
12. Have eagerness to Learn;
13. Driving license is preferred.
14. Mandarin speaker is preferred.
