工作职责：

Responsibilities:
 Proactively scope the technical solutions required to address customer requirements and
challenges, assess customers’ needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for
the customer and Hanshow; Monitor deal progress from a pre-sales perspective and keep
an open eye on how solutions can be maximized in customer and commercial value;
 Promote and provide seminars, create high level visionary demos, build and verify value
scenarios, sales and communication concepts. Present solution, capabilities and
credentials in proposal defense meetings and during discussion process with customers;
 Deliver RFx responses and create customer proposals and POC;
 Proactively build and keep knowledge and skills up to date;
 Coordinate closely with Sales Support function and Service Resources to provide solution
design in accordance with customers’ business requirements and support sales team to
position infrastructure management services solution proactively;
 Achieve assigned sales targets growth in specified product lines, market areas, channel, or
supported teams;
 Provide professional guidance and suggestions to team members and pre-sales
associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical
sales skills.

任职资格：

 At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication or
related fields;
 More than one year of related experience;
 Commonly use Gantt charts, MySQL, Microsoft tools such as MS project, MS excel,
MS power point, MS Visio etc.;
 Have at least one of skills in Linux operating system except Windows, and have
relevant experience;
 You are dynamic, stress-resistant and a team player;
 You can coordinate multiple projects at the same time and are good at assessing
risks;
 Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills;
 Language: Chinese, English
 Have the ability to build and expand the network with customers;
 Have project management skills to drive initiatives to the required outcome;
 You love and understanding for technology;
 Have eagerness to Learn;
 Driving license is preferred.
