
工作职责:
As a Technical Support Intern, you will:
✅ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer product issues.
✅ Support customer claims and technical support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up.
✅ Work with the project team to provide technical support for installations and deployments.
✅ Conduct product testing and validation using lab equipment.
✅ Help create and update technical documentation, including guides and reports.
✅ Provide technical training and assistance to customers and partners.
任职资格:
✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Basic understanding of Linux & Windows operating systems.
✔ Familiarity with APIs and web-based applications is a plus.
✔ Experience with JavaScript or basic coding knowledge is an advantage.
✔ Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
