工作职责：

Key Responsibilities
• Project Management
o Oversee the full lifecycle of ESL project delivery from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
o Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk registers.
o Coordinate site rollout planning, testing, and change management activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement
o Act as the primary point of contact between IT, business stakeholders (Retail Operations, Merchandising, Store Managers), and ESL vendors.
o Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication of project status, issues, and decisions.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination
o Liaise with ESL solution providers and hardware installers to ensure timely delivery, configuration, and testing.
o Ensure vendor SLAs and contract obligations are met.
• Technical Oversight
o Coordinate system integration between ESL platforms and internal ERP/POS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or custom platforms).
o Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to ensure a scalable and secure deployment.
• Team Leadership
o Lead cross-functional project teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Infrastructure Engineers, and Change Managers.
o Facilitate Agile or hybrid delivery methods to meet key milestones.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance
o Ensure all deliverables meet internal IT quality and security standards.
o Support change control processes, data integrity, and system reliability benchmarks.

任职资格：

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project or delivery management roles
• Proven track record in delivering retail technology solutions, preferably ESL or IoT-based systems
• Strong understanding of enterprise retail systems (ERP, POS, Pricing Engines)
• Experience with integration projects and hardware deployment across distributed sites
• Familiarity with vendor procurement, contract negotiation, and SLA management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
