工作职责：

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of standard and customized commercial agreements for Hanshow’s overseas subsidiaries and global business operations, including but not limited to supply agreements, distribution agreements, SaaS/cloud service agreements (with data protection/information security annexes), SOWs, NDAs, and framework contracts;

Provide legal and compliance support to overseas offices, ensuring alignment with local regulations and group-level policies;
Advise business teams and management on legal risks, regulatory requirements, and commercial implications of ongoing and proposed cross-border transactions;
Monitor and interpret legal, legislative, and regulatory developments in key jurisdictions (e.g., the EU, US, Southeast Asia), particularly in relation to data privacy,cybersecurity, export controls, and anti-bribery laws;
Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement compliance policies, training, and operational risk mitigation protocols;
Support the optimization of contract lifecycle management processes and tools to improve efficiency and consistency;
Assist with internal compliance audits, overseas regulatory filings, and incident response coordination as needed;
Contribute to other legal and risk management projects as assigned by the group legal team.

任职资格：

Qualifications & Requirements:
LL.M. or JD from a U.S. or U.K. accredited university; PRC bar or foreign legal consultant license preferred but not mandatory;
2-3 years of post-graduate legal experience, preferably in a multinational company or a law firm, with direct exposure to cross-border commercial contracting and international compliance topics (e.g., FCPA, GDPR, export controls, supply chain regulations);
Demonstrated understanding of the tech/retail or SaaS industry is highly desirable;
Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical, commercially-sound legal advice under time pressure;
Comfortable working across jurisdictions, time zones, and cultures, with high autonomy in a dynamic international environment;
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively in both English and Mandarin;
High integrity, detail orientation, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
