Role Overview
As a Key Account Sales Representative (Mandarin-Speaking), you will work alongside our existing sales team to manage direct relationships with top-tier Australian retailers. You’ll share responsibility for achieving sales targets, drive new business through our internal sales process, and ensure orders are won, fulfilled and paid on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support: Partner with the current sales lead to manage day-to-day communication and strategy for assigned accounts.
• Account Development:
o Prospect and qualify new opportunities within existing key accounts.
o Build and maintain detailed customer profiles in the CRM.
• Quotation & Order Management:
o Prepare, submit and follow up on pricing proposals.
o Coordinate internal quote reviews and approvals.
o Secure purchase orders and track order fulfilment.
• Payment Collection: Monitor invoicing and ensure timely receipt of payments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product and technical teams to align on promos, pilots and solution roll-outs.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and post-sale performance analysis.

Your Profile
• Language Skills: Native or near-native Mandarin; fluent English.
• Sales Experience: 2+ years in B2B or key account management—ideally within retail, FMCG or technology solutions.
• Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to cultivate C-level and operational contacts at major retail chains.
• Process-Oriented: Strong familiarity with a structured sales lifecycle—from lead generation through payment collection.
• Team Player: Comfortable coordinating across multi-cultural teams and external partners.
• Self-Driven: Goal-oriented, proactive and resilient under pressure.
