工作职责:

• Drive and achieve sales targets through effective channel development and management across the Australian market.
• Manage and optimize the entire channel sales process, in line with Hanshow’s global standards.
• Coordinate outsourced telesales efforts to generate leads and support pipeline growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer headquarters, state-level business managers, and sales partners.
• Recruit, manage, and support local sales partners and resellers (including POS system vendors).
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement regional go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor channel performance and implement corrective actions to ensure regional sales objectives are met.


任职资格:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, channel development, or IT/retail technology solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple channel relationships simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the Australian retail market and sales channel structures is preferred.
