
工作职责:
Key Responsibilities
1. Tax Governance & Compliance (Australia & New Zealand)
• Establish and maintain robust tax management systems for subsidiaries in Australia and New Zealand.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including the timely preparation and lodgment of income tax, BAS, FBT, and GST returns.
2. Group Financial Liaison
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the finance teams of overseas subsidiaries and the Group Finance Management Centre and Headquarters.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment of financial operations across regions.
3. Regulatory Compliance
• Stay up to date with relevant Australian and New Zealand tax laws, corporate regulations, and financial policies.
• Ensure the company’s operations comply with all applicable local tax and regulatory requirements.
4. Business Partnering
• Participate in key overseas business activities, providing financial modelling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver tax support for new business initiatives and development projects.
5. Internal Controls & Risk Management
• Implement and uphold robust internal control systems within overseas subsidiaries.
• Proactively identify financial and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Tax Advisory
• Provide tax guidance on equity structures, major investments, and day-to-day operations.
• Advise on the tax implications of various business activities and corporate structures.
7. Budgeting
• Lead the budgeting process for local subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
• Coordinate closely with headquarters on all budget-related matters.

Qualifications
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related discipline.
• Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management roles within Australia; experience with New Zealand tax matters will be highly regarded.
• Industry Knowledge:
Background in the manufacturing sector preferred.
Familiarity with Australian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is an advantage.
• Certifications:
CPA Australia, Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), ACCA, or equivalent tax-related professional qualifications are strongly preferred.
• Language Skills:
Excellent command of English for professional communication; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Technical Skills:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
