工作职责:
1. Responsible for local Projects' technical support.
2. Work with the R&D team on system upgrading.
3. Handle customer complaints of product problems, and follow-up internal improvement countermeasures, fast-tracking and facilitating timely closure.
4. Customer claims/ticket processing and follow-up.
5. Customer service quality and service agreement review (SLA/RMA etc.).
6. The establishment, maintenance, and management of after-sales channels, timely warning, and improvement of products with major quality problems.
7. Regularly summarize customer complaints, provide quality risk cases, regularly summarize maintenance technology accumulation, and produce maintenance manuals.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer, network, or automation, with around 2 years of related work experience.
2. Familiar with Linux and Windows operating systems.
3. Familiar with API and web systems/software.
4. Familiar with JavaScript and JS troubleshooting.
5. Familiar with basic network troubleshooting.
6. Familiar with databases (MySQL/MSSQL) and basic SQL(CURD).
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Bilingual in English and Chinese.
9. Having experience in customer communication is a plus.
