Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve business targets in Australia and New Zealand.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail sectors (supermarkets, electronics, fashion, etc.).
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders in response to customer requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
2. Account Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Provide ongoing account support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyse client performance, ensuring timely renewals and upselling opportunities.
3. Team & Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams (technical, project, and operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide feedback and market intelligence to support product and marketing strategies.
• Support the establishment and development of local sales support and channel partner networks.
4. Market Analysis & Reporting
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
• Represent Hanshow at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in retail technology, digital signage, or IoT solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing large enterprise clients and complex sales cycles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
